Many productions rent all of the lighting equipment used for the show. The list of rental equipment is the "Shop Order" and is a comprehensive specification of the quantities and types of equipment to be used for the production. The shop order is typically several letter size pages. In the case of productions designed for regional theatres or universities there will be an "Inventory" list of available equipment instead of, or in addition to, the shop order. (English)
