Performing arts centre, built by Cesar Pelli, replacing the Civic Center (opened 1980). The complex incorporate the existing Capitol Theater and the facade of Yost's Department Store. Opened 2004. - The complex contains: Overture Hall (2255 seats), a theatre and concert hall with a pipe organ by Orgelbau Klais. Home to Madison Symphony Orchestra, Madison Opera and Madison Ballet.
