Built 1860-1862 by Félix Goin. Opened 6 Dec 1862 with the comedies L'esclave du mari, Mademoiselle de la Seiglière, and Un mari dans du coton. 1934 converted into a cinema. 1985-1989 major exterior and interior restorations to the original plans. Used for theatre performances and concerts. (English)
