Notes (how to make them)
- there is a need for a larger field type, where we can put notes or quotes etc. This is mainly for internal use, but it would help if it was on the same page as the item.
- (it could be language independant)
- alternatively we could refer to word documents on our sharepoint or a OneNote page, is this a good idea?
query on all pages
- we need to discuss how we can make a query on all pages
- can this be a universal one?
- is it possible to make exceptions based on a property? (For example an extended list/table with more information for sources)
- or do we put a property on every Item?
- what information is needed to make the query?
- to make a map
- to make a timeline
- to make a word cloud
- to make a table
- how do we avoid some information apears double?
References to sources
- I am strugling with references to sources.
- the source exists and is connected to the item
- but I neet to put somewhere an exact reference, page, chapter, etc.
- if I put this on the subject page, you don't see it in the source and vice versa.
lay-out
- we need to have a chat where is the border between the wikidata page and where it is more usefull to make a user page, maybe on another platform
extra information for grouping items
- we need to agree on what extra information is need in items that group others, in other words, that make the structure
- sub... ?
- making a structure group?
upload large files and batches of files
- we need to see how we can organise this efficiently
- uploading directly to folder (does this make also the file page?)
- making the file pages with a batch data upload?
- making the item pages with a batch upload?
