Opened 22 June 1829 as Teatro Filodrammatico. Various renamings: Teatro Costituzionale, Teatro Modena, Cinema del Corso, Cinema Filodrammatico. On 6 may 1906 site of the first cinema screening in Trieste. From 1972, operated as an adult cinema. Closed 1983. 2006 and 2009 destroyed by fire. (English)
