Più volte restaurato, l’edifìcio conserva ancora il suo tipico aspetto ottocentesco e ospita regolari stagioni liriche, concertistiche e di prosa a cura dell’ATER. Ha una capienza di 1300 posti e fa parte dei cosiddetti « teatri di tradizione ». (Italian)
