The building is currently used by the Nationaal Hopmuseum (National Hop Museum). (English)

De stadsschaal behoorde oorspronkelijk tot het klooster van de paters recoletten en tot eind jaren '60 werd er hop gewogen, gekeurd en geperst. Sinds 1981 herbergt dit industrieel-archeologische complex het Hopmuseum. Hier werd ook op 21 maart 1941 Dirk Frimout geboren, eerste belg in de ruimte. (Dutch)
