Le théâtre régional de Bejaïa dépondait de la municipalité de Félix BORG officier de la Légion d’honneur, maire de la ville de Bejaïa. A l’indépendance, il dépendait de la municipalité de Bejaïa j’usqu’a 1985 la commune le céda au ministère de la culture. Il sera alors érigé en théâtre régional. Après l’indépendance nationale, certains bâtiments de l’édifice ont changé de fonction, l’originalité de cet ouvrage réside dans son emplacement géo graphique. De style moderne son architecture est unique, il nous offre une belle vue panoramique à travers sa terrasse qui donne sur le centre ville et c’est la raison pour la quelle il est considéré comme un bijou architectural.
