On 2 October 1950, after the transfer of the property and the settlement with the USA, the production of luminaires officially started in Elektrosvit Nové Zámky, which was still managed from Brno. The first lamps to be produced were ceiling and wall lamps made of bakelite and hose table lamps of type 11 105, the so-called gooseneck lamps. In 1953, the company acquired the right to manufacture absorption refrigerators. At the same time, a technical and creative base for product development and design began to be built. Elektrosvit in Novozamock gradually grew and gained importance, and on March 10, 1958 it was designated as the leading enterprise and the superior body of the enterprise in Brno.
